When you use our forms, you may choose to share: your first name and last initial (Prayer Wall), your full name (prayer requests, contact form, speaking invitations, volunteer applications, and 1-on-1 session bookings), your email address, your phone number (optional for contact and speaking invitations; required for bookings), your mailing address (bookings only), and the content of your message or prayer request.

On the Prayer Wall, only your first name and last initial are shown publicly. Your email address is never displayed publicly on any part of this site.

All payments — donations, monthly partnerships, School of the Prophet enrollment, and 1-on-1 sessions — are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure, encrypted checkout page. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's checkout and never reach our servers or our team.

We store only the payment amount, the date, the campaign or giving tier, and your name and email so we can send your receipt and thank-you message. Monthly (recurring) gifts are managed entirely by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time by contacting us.

When you submit a prayer request or contact message, we record your IP address and an approximate location (city, region, and country) derived from it. We use this solely to screen out spam, bots, and abusive submissions, and to help our team pray and respond with understanding. Submissions from hidden or unverifiable locations (such as VPNs or proxies) are blocked to protect the integrity of our ministry forms.

We never track your precise GPS location, and we do not use location for advertising.

This app contains no advertising and requires no account or login. However, like nearly all websites and apps, we use basic analytics to understand how the ministry's content is being used: Google's measurement tags (Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking) record anonymous events such as when a form is submitted or a page is viewed, and our hosting platform, Base44, records traffic and usage statistics.

These tools do not collect your name, email, or prayer content. They are used to improve this ministry's content and outreach — not to sell or advertise to you personally.

Some features — the Bible Q&A Hub, the Dream Hub, the Purpose Assistant, and the School of the Prophet AI Learning Assistant — use third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate responses. When you ask a question or share a dream, the text you enter is sent securely through our platform to an AI provider in order to produce your answer.

These providers act only as service processors on our behalf. Please do not enter information you consider deeply private into these tools, and never share passwords or financial details there.

If you join our email list, request prayer, or contact us, we will send you the messages you asked for: confirmations, replies, and (for subscribers) ministry updates, devotionals, and teaching. Every email we send includes our contact information, and you may ask us to stop or unsubscribe at any time.

Prayer requests and contact messages are also delivered to our ministry office so Prophet Sheldon and our team can pray over them and respond.

All information is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on secured, access-controlled systems managed by our platform provider, Base44. Card data is stored only by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Only authorized ministry team members can view the records you submit. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we review who has access on a regular basis.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — ever. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf, strictly to operate this ministry: Stripe (payments), Base44 (hosting, database, email, and analytics), Google (measurement and ad conversion tracking), an IP-lookup service (approximate location for spam screening), and AI providers (only the text you enter into AI features).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our ministry and community.

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing office@sheldonmaddixministries.com or calling (347) 469-0892. We will delete your records from our systems promptly and confirm by email. Please note we cannot recall messages already delivered to our ministry inbox, and payment records held by Stripe are subject to financial record-keeping laws.

If you joined the email list, every email includes how to unsubscribe, or simply contact us and we will remove you the same day.

This ministry is intended for a general audience, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Some optional features, such as the invite-only Prayer Room, may request access to your device camera and microphone only if and when you choose to join a live session. We keep information as long as needed for the ministry purpose described above or as required by law, and we will post any future changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
