What We Believe
We hold the Bible to be the inspired and unfailing Word of God, written by men of old who were moved by the Holy Spirit (II Peter 1:20-21).

We believe in one God who is all-powerful, holy in nature, and perfect in purpose. He is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. He has revealed Himself to us as the Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and the Holy Spirit in His abiding grace, which never leaves those who trust in Him (I Corinthians 8:6; Ephesians 4:6; II Corinthians 5:19; Joel 2:28).

We affirm that in Jesus Christ, the fullness of God dwells bodily, as it pleased the Father for all His fullness to reside in Him (Colossians 2:9; Colossians 1:19).
We believe in the virgin birth, where Jesus was both fully human and fully divine, God manifest in the flesh (Matthew 1:23; I Timothy 3:16).

We profess the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. After ascending on high, He sent His Spirit, the Holy Ghost, which was poured out at Jerusalem over 2000 years ago and continues to fill the hearts of those who earnestly seek Him today (Acts 2:14).

We also believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and in the baptism of the Holy Ghost, evidenced by speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. This is what we recognize as the new birth (Acts 2:4, 38).
